Offering Coding Clubs at our Nearshore Delivery Centers

The Velocity Partners’ nearshore software development team is comprised of some of the most talented software developers, Scrum Masters and project managers in the field.  In addition we provide all of our staff with ongoing, cutting-edge training and career development that centers on technical practices and using Agile/Scrum software development processes.  

This is why we are so pleased to now offer VP Coding Clubs at our Latin American delivery centers.  Our first edition took place at our Medellín, Colombia center and was based on an adaptation of an internal training course in ReactJs, which is an open-source JavaScript framework for building user interfaces.  All of the workshop participants were pleased to be able to not only learn and be inspired by but to actually have the chance to code in the popular framework.  While from a variety of backgrounds including Front End and Back End developers, the group had one thing in common – a strong desire to learn.   

Velocity Partners second Coding Club was at our Caracas, Venezuela delivery center and focused on the topic of QZ Automation for Manual QAs.  All of the attendees had the opportunity to learn about the latest industry trends as well as to learn more about VP’s company culture.
